Set in the breath-taking scenario of the Italian coasts, Cartoons on the Bay is Italy’s primary event dedicated
to the animation and children’s entertainment industry. Promoted by Rai and organized by Rai Com, the Festival has been connecting Italian and International key players since 1996.
The Festival is synonymous with the Pulcinella Awards, presented every year in each competition product category and now one of the most prestigious animation prizes in Europe.
In addition, the Festival brings a wide range of highly cultural initiatives to the local area, all of which free and open to the public.
