Requirements:
Entries with a duration longer than 40 minutes are not considered eligible.
Preview copies with other than English or Romanian dialogue/commentary must come with hardcoded subtitles in English, or they will not be considered.
Preferably, screening copies shouldn't contain hardcoded subtitles. The Festival requests dialogue lists in English language including time codes, in .SRT file and, if available, transcription/dialogue list in original language for translation check.
